Mullin360 began as a family-owned firm started by father-son team, Art and Jim Mullin. Over the past 30 years, Mullin360 has been involved as an owner/principal, investor, partner and other key development roles in the real estate development industry. 

Our company is committed to impacting our communities by delivering innovative development through dedicated people and loyal relationships. We are dedicated to designing and developing our properties to make a positive, long-term contribution through our commitment to service and quality. As a modest, local company, we take the impact that we have on our clients, communities and stakeholders seriously. It is our goal to be as widely recognized for the way we do business as we are for the quality of real estate services we provide.

Jim Mullin

President

Bio

With an early foundation in automotive retailing through family dealership businesses, Jim applied industry knowledge in commercial real estate investment and development at the local and national level. Jim has deep and varied experience in high impact automotive real estate developments. Jim currently serves as Principal at MULLIN360, LLC in Scottsdale Arizona, specializing in Automotive Retail Real Estate development services for over 30 years to national, international and public companies.

As the past President of Staubach AutoGroup, a national firm based in Dallas TX, Jim created the go-to national automotive real estate services firm for auto park development, site selection, auto real estate brokerage, dealership construction, automotive site research, and dealership finance. Jim was also one of the three co-founders of an automotive sale lease back finance company, AutoStar, in partnership with iStar (NYSE) which created and held a $1.6 billion portfolio of sale-lease-back automotive retail facilities within the US.

As the only automotive commercial real estate member of National J. D. Power International Roundtable for 11 years, Jim was the top resource for national automotive real estate topics for industry publications and speaking engagements. Jim’s consulting projects span through out the US, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and China. Throughout his career, Jim has been involved in over 1,200 automotive retail locations throughout the US and over 40 automotive developments.

Cecil Yates

Executive Vice President

Bio

Cecil Yates has worked in both the Public and Private Sectors of real estate and economic development. His work with all product has made him an award-winning developer. 

As the Chief Operating Officer for Roberts Resorts, he cut expenses and streamlined processes of this award-winning resort community organization. 

As Director of Property Management & Development for Commercial Properties, Inc. (CPI), his division managed the one of the largest commercial real estate portfolios in the State of Arizona. 

Cecil built up the commercial real estate division of Chicanos Por La Causa, including management, development, construction, and leasing. 

As the Chief Operating Officer for Vetrone Development in Cleveland, Ohio, he led the entire real estate portfolio, including shopping centers, single family residential & Multi-Family estates and restaurant management. His organization helped the expansion of “Panini’s Bar & Grill” in the Greater Cleveland area as seen on “Man vs Food”. 

Cecil is the Executive Vice President for Mullin 360 which is known for “developing with a purpose” for all their stakeholders and communities in which they build, matching projects that align with strategic plans. He also serves as the President of American Resort Communities, a subsidiary company that develops world class Rv & Park Model Resorts and master planned communities.

John McCauley

Construction Director

Bio

John began his career with his own company, JLM Construction Company, in Phoenix, Arizona, where he performed small remodels and ground up projects for organizations such as Girl Scouts of America and the Phoenix South Mountain Campus. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from Arizona State University, John went on to work as an estimator and project manager at RL Drywall and MSC Construction. He continued his work as an estimator for construction companies in Arizona and California, advancing from Senior Estimator to Chief Estimator in 4 years.

John transferred his expertise to development and, after 13 years, became Vice President of The Renaissance Companies, where his notable projects totaled $85,000,000 gross volume and 2,150,000 square feet. During his time as President, John focused on growing Renaissance’s local and national markets. One major goal was to assist in launching a venture by leveraging Sundt Construction’s relationship into a Venture Partner called SR which pursued large national developers and e-commerce giants like Amazon.

Jimmy Hankins

Director of Development - ARC

Bio

As the President and CEO of Hankin LLC, Jimmy Hankins has purchased and developed over 2000 acres in the Southeast Valley and the Phoenix metro area. His first project in Arizona was a 220 acre acquisition and development of what is now downtown Queen Creek consisting of Victoria Heights, Avilla Victoria and Queen Creek Market Place. 

Jimmy started out his professional career in the New York fashion industry with the Global trading arm of S. Shamash & Sons and Shamash 3M. His main objective was negotiating sales between Shamash 3M and major sportswear companies which eventually led him to head their operations out of the Los Angeles office. Jimmy’s fashion experience inspired him to create the American made lifestyle clothing brand Asbury Park which is known globally and worn by hundreds of celebrities and musicians alike.

Jimmy is the Director of Development for American Resort Communities where he infuses our brand of resort living with a premium lifestyle experience unmatched in the industry.
